Characteristic

1.       Lucinda. She is a self-confidence girl.  She is always believe that something what  she want to do.

Synopsis

Introduction              

There is a fortune-teller  girl in elementary school. Her name is Lucinda. At that time, there is a teacher namely Taylor, asked all of students to draw what will happen in the future, at fifty next years.

Climax

Then lucinda’s friends drew a robot which would help all their works and a rocket go to outer space. But, Lucinda did not draw anything. She just wrote some number at random, not rotation. After that, their teacher asked them to packing their drawing used each envelope, and then put in a big tube to closed in ground. That tube will opened fifty next years. After fifty years have gone, that tube opened and that envelope decided to children who study in there. There are got a robot’s drawing and rocket drawing. But, there is a boy namely Caleb got some numbers did not write sussessive by Lucinda ‘s envelope fifty years ago. Then he gave it to his father namely  John. John is a fortune-teller.  John tried to prediction about Lucinda’s writing. Apparently, that was right. Some numbers have made circles, it have happened. But, there are two numbers not happen yet. He tried to predict one of two that numbers, and the result that he will have lost his child, Caleb. That right, one night, his child went  with strange boys. They went very far. But, before, Caleb left  his father, John. He said that he will go very far with  strange boy.

resolution

Strange boy will take care and saved him forever.

Language expressions

·         Expressing thanks: thank you for your help, thanks a lot.(when john is helping someone who need his help, and he is giving a lodging for children to go to school.)

·         Expressing love: I love you, Dad. (when his dad is saying have nice dream, honey.)

·         Expressing agreement: I agree with you. ( when he is saying about his idea).

·         Expressing promise:  I keep your promise. (when a girl is giving a promise to john).

·         Expressing apologize: I’m so sorry. ( when john is making a mistake)

·         Expressing amaze: wow! That amazing! Interesting! ( when he is looking something that unusual happening).

·         Expressing offer: would you like some tea? ( when she is offering a drink for her visitor).

My comment.

 Actually, the last idea from this movie included to classic idea. May be, Alex proyas tried to hug a class of people religious. So that, they can enjoy this movie from all aspects.
